Best of Consulting Mittelstand 2025

PASSION4IT was honoured at WirtschaftsWoche’s prestigious "Best of Consulting 2025" competition. In Düsseldorf, outstanding consulting work was celebrated in front of around 250 guests – including projects that tamed data chaos, turned near-failures into success, or unlocked dormant knowledge. PASSION4IT convinced the jury in the "Mittelstand – Technologies" category with the project "Digitalisation in hop production" for Hopfenveredlung St. Johann GmbH and was awarded the quality seal "Qualified".
In the awarded project, PASSION4IT digitalised key areas of hop production: modern data and quality processes, automated workflows, connected systems and a robust digital infrastructure for future decisions. The award confirms our ambition to shape digitalisation with substance – practical, efficient and focused on people and real added value.

The "Best Employers in Lower Bavaria" award honours organisations that treat skilled-worker retention, people development and employer branding not as obligations but as culture. The award made one thing clear: Lower Bavaria has strong employers – and a shared vision.
Digitalisation, securing skilled workers and corporate culture belong together. PASSION4IT walks this path – as a partner that combines technology with substance.
FOCUS Seal Leading Innovator 2026

The ability to innovate – to develop new ideas and turn them into products and services – is a key decision factor for customers. Highly innovative companies are typically market leaders and signal that they will also be prepared for their customers’ future needs. That is why FactField launched the Innovation Champions study as part of its journalistic mission, based objectively on multiple data sources.

kununu Top Company Seal 2025

Employer-review platform kununu has named PASSION4IT GmbH a Top Company 2025. The award is based on independent reviews from employees on the platform. PASSION4IT is therefore among the companies with the best working environments in Germany.
The employer seal recognises companies with high employee satisfaction and is awarded solely on the basis of independent reviews on kununu. Around five percent of all companies are recognised as a Top Company each year. kununu CEO Nina Zimmermann: "A strong signal to talent looking for the ideal workplace."

TOP 100 Innovation Award 2022

This competition is unique in Germany because it evaluates exclusively the innovation management and innovation success of companies. For 30 years, mid-sized innovation champions have received the TOP 100 seal. Science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar accompanies the jurying as mentor.
The award in the category "Innovative processes and organisation" makes us particularly proud, because we always develop individual and often unconventional solutions for our customers. It is great when experts also rate this as innovative. Being accepted into this special TOP 100 circle reaffirms our path – and is great motivation to continue developing further.

The HIPE AWARD is one of the most renowned distinctions in the service sector across the entire DACH region. We won over the jury with our innovative and unconventional offering structure.
What makes us particularly happy: unlike our other awards, this one did not honour solutions or products we built for our customers. Instead it recognised our exceptional "doing" beyond our core competencies – the fair way we treat prospects and customers. We promise to keep it up!

Digital Innovation Award 2021

Each year DIGICON looks for the most innovative companies with a future-shaping concept. The bar for entrants is correspondingly high. All the more reason for our delight at landing third place among the many submissions.
And we did so with our unusual approach to software selection. Instead of comparing offers and requirement specifications, we developed a "screenplay" concept. It accounts for the needs of all parties involved, balancing their requirements – and concerns. That minimises the strategic effort of conventional selection processes and the implementation that follows. Oh, and everyone involved has more fun, too!
